All of our cakes are gluten free, dairy free, soy free, grain free, corn free and made without refined cane sugar.
Our cakes are sweetened with organic maple syrup or with organic coconut sugar.
Our signature frosting is made with organic powdered maple sugar but if you prefer organic white powdered sugar for your frosting, we can do that for you.
