Yes, all our products are 100% gluten free and also dairy, grain, soy, corn and refined sugar free.
We use only high quality nutrient dense ingredients, organic or Non GMO.
The Artisan Bread ingredients are: water, organic almond flour, arrowroot, organic coconut flour, organic raw honey, less than 2% of: psyllium husk, kosher salt, yeast, organic golden flaxseed, organic black chia seed.
You can keep our Artisan Bread in its original bag at room temprature for a couple days. After that is best to keep it in the fridge, it will last for weeks.
You can also freeze your loaf. Slice it, wrap it in plastic film, then foil and keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To thaw it out, just leave at room temperature for 6 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
Yes, our kitchen is a 100% gluten free dedicated facility.
We bake to order, that way we can offer you fresh baked goods every time. All orders will be delivered ASAP within 5 business days after they have been placed, depending on the volume of orders we have that week.
All orders in the Charlotte Metro Area are delivered by us.
We can also ship out to other states most of our products, including our Artisan Bread.
Our 100% gluten free kitchen is located in Matthews, NC.
No, we do not. We are an online business, we sell direct to consumer through our website and deliver right to your door. We have pick up option too.
